Type 2 procedure (design review) 鈥 pending聽 聽聽

Modernization of the St. Johns Library would remove the 800-square-foot addition from the 1990s and replace it with a 2,950-square-foot addition. The parking lot would remain but be slightly reconfigured.

Plans call for installation of one illuminated wall sign on the west elevation of the existing Ulta Beauty location. The signage consists of 鈥淯lta Beauty鈥 with its logo. The signage is 6 feet in overall height and 14 feet, 11 inches in length for a total of 89 square feet. The signage will be illuminated with low voltage LED lights.

This project will complete ADA improvements to the existing asphalt-paved Bristlecone Pine Trail and trailhead parking lot and provide a new ADA accessible trail connection from the Stevens Pavilion to the Bristlecone Pine Trail. ADA improvements to existing features will include grading, drainage, site walls, asphalt paving, picnic and other gathering areas, site furnishings and the drinking fountain. Stormwater management will follow current city requirements; it’s anticipated to be on-site via vegetated filter trips and swales.

Discussion will be on a Central City master plan review for redevelopment of the Lloyd Center mall into a high-density mixed-use neighborhood with a network of public open spaces, entertainment space, offices, and supporting retail space. A design advice request hearing took place previously.

Discussion will be on the development of 16 two-story residential buildings (10 fourplexes, four duplexes, and two single-family homes). The project will include site amenities such as bike storage, trash enclosures, mailboxes, a playground, outdoor living spaces, 58 surface-level parking spots, and a new connection at North Minerva Avenue.
