| The project scope consists of the new construction of a 16,154sf 2-story community medical clinic with associated site improvements. The scope of work being bid out is for the design building scope of Rammed Aggregate piers per the recommendations provided in the Geotechnical report.
Local subcontractor participation, Disabled Veteran and DMWESB Goal Attainment Strategies: This project is encouraging the utilization of local subcontractors. Both state and federal DMWESB and disabled veteran certi铿乧ations will be recognized. Design Completion date: April 26, 2024 BOLI Commercial Prevailing wage rates are a requirement for this project.
