Brief Project Description:
O’Brien & Company has been selected as the CM/GC Contractor on behalf of the City of Seaside.

Seismic retrofitting and remodel to existing building. Will include selective Demolition, Structural Concrete, Structural Steel, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Casework and Cabinets, Countertops, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Security Cameras, Security Doors/Locks, Metal Stud Framing, Insulation, Drywall, Acoustical Ceiling Tiles, Roofing, Flashings and Sheet metal, Siding, Gutters and Downspouts, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Carpeting, Resilient Flooring, Ceramic Tiling, Painting, Concrete Grinding, FRP/Composite Strengthening, Fire Sprinklers, Overhead Door Servicing.

This will be a public works prevailing wage project- BOLI 1/05/2024 rates apply for Clatsop County. Construction Schedule duration will be from May 2024 through December 2024, with site work demolition starting in May 2024.
