| Note: : Bids will be accepted by U.S. Mail, via electronically (e-mail), or hand delivered to the address below. Please note that bids received after the above stated day/time will not be allowed. All bids will be a lump sum proposal for your respective project division scopes and based on specified materials/methods. CMGC Contractor: Brief Project Description: Seismic retrofitting and remodel to existing building. Will include selective Demolition, Structural Concrete, Structural Steel, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Casework and Cabinets, Countertops, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Security Cameras, Security Doors/Locks, Metal Stud Framing, Insulation, Drywall, Acoustical Ceiling Tiles, Roofing, Flashings and Sheet metal, Siding, Gutters and Downspouts, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Carpeting, Resilient Flooring, Ceramic Tiling, Painting, Concrete Grinding, FRP/Composite Strengthening, Fire Sprinklers, Overhead Door Servicing. This will be a public works prevailing wage project- BOLI 1/05/2024 rates apply for Clatsop County. Construction Schedule duration will be from May 2024 through December 2024, with site work demolition starting in May 2024. |
