INVITATION TO BID
Gerding Builders, LLC (OR CCB# 193549) is serving as the Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) for Sweet Home School District, and is soliciting bids for the seismic strengthening and renovation of the Oak Heights Elementary School, in Sweet Home, OR. Gerding Builders is soliciting bids for Demolition, Structural Concrete, Masonry, Misc. Steel, Rough Carpentry, Siding, Flashings and Excavation.

Bid documents may be obtained electronically by contacting Scott Schaumann, via email at [email protected]. A non-mandatory pre bid has been scheduled for 4/15/24, @ 2:00 pm.

Meet at the project site, 605 Elm Street, Sweet Home, OR.Bids can be delivered to the Gerding Builders office-200 SW Airport Rd., Corvallis, OR, emailed to [email protected], faxed to (541) 754-6654, or delivered through 鈥淏uilding Connected鈥�, and must be received before 2:00 p.m. PDT. Bids received after the deadline may not be considered. Note: TGC Structural, an affiliate of Gerding Builders, intends to submit bids for the Structural Concrete and Rough Carpentry and will deliver their bids directly to the owner鈥檚 representative 2 hours prior to the bid deadline.
