Emerick Construction Co., performing services as the CM/GC contractor, is seeking competitive bids for the Cannon Beach City Hall & Police Project – Modular Building Procurement Early Work Bid Package located at 325 E 2nd Street, Cannon Beach, OR 97110. Bids are due on June 4th, 2024, at 2 PM local time at the offices of the CM/GC, Emerick Construction via email to [email protected], Fax 503-771-2933, or dropped off in person at 7855 SW Mohawk Street, Tualatin, OR 97062. The bids will be publicly received with representatives of the City of Cannon Beach and Emerick Construction. Bid documents are available for review and download through the Emerick Construction Virtual Plan Room or the 91视频 Planroom . All bidders are advised to closely review the Cannon Beach City Hall & Police Project – Modular Building Procurement Early Work Package bid Instructions which include the Instructions to Bidders, Bid Packages, Bid Form, Insurance Requirements and Subcontractor General Conditions, as strict adherence to these sections is required. Delivery of the modular building is anticipated for August of 2024. This bid package includes the purchase, delivery, setup, tear-down, and relocation of a (24鈥�) twenty-four feet by (60鈥�) sixty-foot modular building unit. This solicitation is for a public works project and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (Prevailing Rate of Wage). All bids shall comply with the requirements of Oregon Revised Statutes. Bidders are requested to direct questions to the CM/GC, attention Will Somme, Senior Project Manager, 503-777-5531, [email protected], and should not contact the owner or architect directly. The City of Cannon Beach reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for 60 days. All bids and all prices quoted in bids shall be firm for a period of 60 days after the bid closing date.
