| LMC Construction is soliciting proposals for the Dolores, a new 3-story, slab on grade, wood framed (type V-B construction) affordable housing development. Building to consist of 67 units, laundry, community event space with full kitchen. Site to include a fenced in courtyard, outdoor BBQ, children鈥檚 play area and community garden.
