The project consists of the construction of a new mixed-use building located on Lots 5, 6 and 7 of Block 3 in Johnston Acres along SE 89th Avenue. The building is three stories in height with office, community room on Level One and 40 walk-up type units on a single loaded corridor surrounding two open courtyards with a community garden in the southwest corner of the site for residents.

The Project is registered with Earth Advantage Homes; Multifamily. The Owner’s goal and the Contractor’s Earth Advantage (EA) responsibilities are summarized in Section 01 35 15 – Earth Advantage; Multifamily Requirements. Contractor’s EA responsibilities are part of the Work.

The project is anticipated to be Earth Advantage certified with a target of Silver.

CERTIFICATONS: This project is Section 3, MBE/SBE
