Applicant: Brannon Lobdell of Brannon Lobdell, Architect
Owner: Albina Head Start
The proposal calls for demolition of interior partitions and demolition of exterior infill walls at the east elevation of the existing 5,500-square-foot building on a 10,504-square-foot site. The work would also include a new roof and structural (seismic) upgrades, as required.
