After 33 years in business, the woman-owned architecture and engineering firm now has offices in Portland and Medford; it exceeded $9 million in revenue last year.

These days, tough tasks include 鈥渕eeting each employee鈥檚 unique needs, removing employment barriers, and crafting personalized growth plans,鈥� according to the firm. But CIDA is 鈥渃ommitted to fostering a workplace that supports growth, work-life balance, and the 鈥榳hole鈥� person.鈥� The company even provides 32 paid hours for employees to contribute to a community organization of their choice.

Meanwhile, CIDA has increased the number of women in design roles as well as continued to partner with WBE (women business enterprise) consultant firms.
