Briana Manfrass, president of Pinnacle Architecture, describes her firm’s services as 鈥渕ission-driven,鈥� with the heart of its socially responsible design centered around community enhancement and engagement.

鈥淲e engage stakeholders and clients in that process so that, after we’re done doing the work, it still resonates with the individuals who are occupying the space,鈥� she said.

In addition to interior design, the Bend-based company provides planning, architecture, sustainable design and certification support, and fundraising support. It specializes in multifamily affordable housing, behavioral health and health care facilities, education buildings, senior living, civic projects and workplaces.

鈥淚 think there’s still a lot of importance in doing the work for the people,鈥� Manfrass said. 鈥淥ur job is really to help them create a space to do what they do best and help them by leveraging them through that process.鈥�

Established in 1990 by Peter Baer, Pinnacle recently went through an ownership transition and is now owned and led by Manfrass, Jessica Biel and Ryan Cain. Manfrass began her career with Pinnacle in 2006 as a junior interior designer before advancing to project manager and then associate owner in 2018. Biel serves as vice president, and Cain is principal and senior project architect.
