Recognition of excellence:
Natasha Zhuchenya, project coordinator at ZANA Construction, came to the U.S. from Ukraine as a child. She speaks three languages.
Natasha has eight years of work experience specializing in estimating division 6: finish carpentry, millwork & casework. She has successfully completed Turner School of Construction Management. For the past few years at ZANA, she has worked on high-profile projects such as the PDX terminal core redevelopment, the Clackamas County Courthouse, and Multnomah County libraries (refreshers for Gregory Heights and Capitol Hill).
Natasha has played a vital role as our project coordinator communicating with owners, architects, and our project management team. She is methodical, organized, and efficient in her work.
Her estimating skills have won ZANA several projects — most recently the City Fleet Maintenance Facility project, which ZANA will be doing in collaboration with JE Dunn Construction. Natasha is currently working on preconstruction efforts on the PCC Sylvania Swing Spaces project, which ZANA is doing in collaboration with Lease Crutcher Lewis.
