Cassie Hibbert has dedicated her career since 2018 to transforming educational infrastructure across Oregon’s small and rural communities through strategic long-range master planning.

At Wenaha Group, Hibbert specializes in leading K-12 districts through comprehensive planning processes that bring communities together to address facility challenges and identify solutions for improved learning environments. Her expertise has guided numerous districts throughout Oregon, including Enterprise School District in Wallowa County, Baker School District #5J in Baker County, and Molalla River School District in Clackamas County.

One of Hibbert’s most significant achievements came in Morrow County School District, where she worked for two years to facilitate community discussions and identify strategic capital investments. Her work extends to other Oregon communities including Central Linn and Silver Falls districts, where she applies best practices while acknowledging each community’s unique characteristics.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Hibbert volunteers on the city of La Grande’s historic landmarks board, supporting downtown investment while preserving architectural integrity.

At Wenaha Group, Hibbert serves as a mentor and coach for early-career employees, using her extensive field experience to identify industry trends and create professional development opportunities. Her leadership has transformed the company’s approach to both long-range master planning and staff development, emphasizing community engagement and collaborative solutions.
