Gabriela Frask has established herself as a leading voice in industrial land planning across the Pacific Northwest over her 17-year career. Frask holds a Master of Arts in Geography and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Geography from Michigan State University, along with a Commercial Real Estate Development Certification.

Frask has led Mackenzie鈥檚 industrial lands planning efforts across Oregon and Washington for approximately 15 years, contributing to Mackenzie鈥檚 reputation as a market leader in industrial land readiness review and long-range planning. Her leadership extends across strategic planning, ESG initiatives, mentorship, and community engagement as a member of Mackenzie鈥檚 Client Leadership Team.

In 2023, Frask played a pivotal role in shaping statewide policy by providing public testimony to the Oregon State Legislature鈥檚 Joint Committee on Semiconductors, addressing the federal CHIPS and Science Act. She led 鈥淭he Mackenzie Report,鈥 which summarized Oregon鈥檚 industrial land inventory and provided recommendations for attracting semiconductor companies and investment to the state. Her expertise contributed to the development of the Oregon Chips Act.

Frask served as assistant department head beginning in 2017 and department head from 2020-2025 for Mackenzie鈥檚 land use planning department. She has driven organizational change through leadership on the firm鈥檚 Strategic Equity Plan and ESG Statement.

In the community, Frask has served as a NAIOP board member since 2020 and as DEI co-chair for four years. She previously served on NAIOP鈥檚 Public Affairs Committee and as board secretary for St. John鈥檚 Center for Opportunity.
