Michelle Dodgson has spent 39 of her 47 years in the industry building the foundation of GRI鈥檚 shared services operations. Her nearly four-decade tenure has positioned her as a trusted advisor to company leaders and a cornerstone of institutional knowledge.

Throughout her career at GRI, Dodgson has evolved alongside the firm, advocating for smarter, future-focused approaches to operations. She spearheaded the integration of project, resume and marketing assets into a unified database, eliminating duplicate efforts and creating a single source of information accessible across all departments. Her leadership in implementing the company鈥檚 Customer Relationship Management system has enhanced business development operations through robust opportunity tracking features that provide real-time updates on critical performance indicators.

Dodgson recently co-led a comprehensive overhaul of GRI鈥檚 General Conditions templates, collaborating with legal, engineering and executive leadership teams to align documentation with current industry standards. She introduced version-control systems that streamline document preparation across all offices.

Her mentorship extends throughout the organization, where she has trained employees across multiple departments and developed comprehensive onboarding processes for new hires. Dodgson serves on GRI鈥檚 Quality and Risk Management Committee and 91视频 Committee.
