has spent 21 years building expertise in construction and engineering, including 17 years in full-time professional roles since 2008.

Bragg began her career with three years of internships with general contractors while attending Oregon State University. She joined Otak in March 2021 as a project manager supporting the Salem-Keizer School District capital bond program and quickly advanced to her current senior role.

Her project portfolio includes successful delivery of facilities for multiple public agencies, ensuring schools and facilities opened on time with minimal disruption. Bragg currently manages the Oregon School for the Deaf project for the Oregon Department of Administrative Services and leads efforts for the City of Tigard鈥檚 Police and Public Works Facility and the Molalla River Middle School replacement.

Bragg has strengthened internal systems by streamlining workflows, refining reporting tools and elevating construction administration standards. She has served on the Oregon State University School of Civil and Construction Engineering Industry Advisory Board since 2019 and participates in Otak鈥檚 internal mentorship program as a development advisor, formally mentoring junior team members in career development.
