Sharon Libby Eyerly has spent more than two decades advancing high-performance build-ing practices across the Pacific Northwest construction industry.

Libby Eyerly graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2004 and has worked in the architecture and construction industry for 21 years. She joined Walsh Construction in 2013, where she has developed and implemented rigorous Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures with a strong focus on building enclo-sure performance.

In her current role, Libby Eyerly plays a critical part during preconstruction phases, review-ing drawings and specifications while advising design and owner teams on constructabil-ity. During construction, she leads enclosure coordination efforts and conducts hands-on field reviews to ensure project teams deliver durable, airtight and healthy buildings.

Libby Eyerly co-leads Walsh鈥檚 鈥淪kin Doctor鈥� training program in partnership with RDF Builders, providing hands-on instruction on advanced installation techniques and high-performance building materials. She has served as speaker and education chair on the board of the Seattle Building Enclosure Council.

Libby Eyerly regularly presents at conferences including Phius, Air Barrier Association of America events, Housing Oregon Conference and Passive House Northwest. She spear-headed Walsh Building Science Seminars in Portland and Seattle, bringing together more than 180 industry professionals to explore strategies for delivering sustainable, energy-efficient buildings.
