Director of operations
Perlo Construction has promoted Jordan Peterson to director of operations. He will lead the company’s newly established Tacoma office and support Perlo’s strategic growth throughout the Puget Sound region.
Peterson has been a key contributor to Perlo for more than 15 years, helping deliver many of the company’s largest and most technically complex industrial and office projects. His extensive experience, steady leadership, and unwavering commitment to client success have earned him the trust of developers and national brands across the region.

In his new role, Peterson will oversee operations for Perlo’s Tacoma office, which opened Jan. 1, 2026; it’s a significant milestone in the company’s long-term investment in Washington state. He will guide project teams, strengthen regional partnerships, and expand Perlo’s presence across key markets, including industrial, manufacturing, distribution, self-storage, retail, and tenant improvements. A passionate advocate for talent development, Peterson is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of construction professionals. Known for fostering Perlo’s collaborative, people-first culture, he invests deeply in helping emerging leaders grow their skills and confidence. His leadership will play a central role as Perlo continues building high-performing teams in the Puget Sound region.
