Livermore Architecture and Engineering Inc., a Portland-based architecture and structural engineering firm, today announced that it has changed its company name to Gridwork AE Inc., effective Jan. 12, and has implemented a leadership transition to support the firm鈥檚 next phase of growth.
The new name, Gridwork AE, reflects the firm鈥檚 evolving identity and its integrated, collaborative approach to architecture and engineering. The rebrand aligns with the company鈥檚 vision for the future while maintaining its strong technical foundation and commitment to thoughtful design solutions.
In conjunction with the name change, Geoff Grummon-Beale has assumed the role of principal. He succeeds Gary Livermore, the founder of Livermore Architecture & Engineering, who is retiring. Mira Vorobets will lead the structural engineering department.

The leadership change and rebrand do not affect the firm’s staff or ongoing projects. All client relationships, contracts, and operations will continue without interruption.
As part of the transition, Gridwork AE will roll out updated branding across its website, marketing materials, and project documentation. The firm鈥檚 Portland location and core services remain unchanged.
