The Daily Journal of Commerce on Thursday evening saluted Top Projects award winners during its 25th annual event at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland.

Approximately 400 people attended the celebration of the best construction projects in the Pacific Northwest. The 91ÊÓƵ recognized dozens of efforts that improved structures, changed skylines and overcame obstacles. Entrants were among the top projects in Oregon and Southwest Washington substantially completed by Dec. 31, 2025.

The top award, Project of the Year, was awarded to the team responsible for the Clackamas County Circuit Courthouse.

Also, the Subcontractor of the Year Award was given to Carpentry Plus. The company was nominated by three firms: Bremik Construction, Pence Contractors and Walsh Construction.

The People’s Choice Award, voted on by event attendees, went to the Oak Lodge Library & Concord Community Center Renovation.
