HUD grant revives stalled Hillsdale housing project

Home Forward, formerly known as the Housing Authority of Portland, has received a $18.5 million grant to redevelop Hillsdale Terrace. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development announced the award of the Hope VI Revitalization grant at a media event Monday morning.
