The Miracles Club 鈥� together with Central City Concern and Guardian Real Estate Services 鈥� is working to build in Northeast Portland a new mixed-use facility that will cater to individuals recovering from alcohol and drug dependency.

Guardian Real Estate Services is working with Central City Concern and the Miracles Club to develop a mixed-use building on Portland Housing Bureau-owned property at 1306 N.E. Second Ave.
