Central Oregon Community College, spurred by steady enrollment growth, is adding a $15.6 million residence hall on its Bend campus.
Technology education center designed for Central Oregon Community College
The technology education center designed by BBT Architects for Central Oregon Community College’s Redmond campus will include classroom laboratories, group study spaces and computer labs. A large portion of the labs will be devoted to hybrid automobile research.
Bend college pursues green certification, but not LEED
A $12.5 million science building project at Central Oregon Community College is pursuing Earth Advantage's green certification program instead of the popular Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification. The team behind the project says EA places a greater emphasis on energy savings than LEED does.
COCC Health Careers Building (prequalified general contractors)
This project consists of construction of a three-story, 47,000-square-foot building on a site at Central Oregon Community College's campus in Bend.
