After ending years of negotiations with Lab Holdings in late June, the Portland Development Commission has identified three other firms interested in potentially redeveloping the Centennial Mills site in Northwest Portland.
Portland engineering firm moves into new space
After five years at its current downtown Portland location, engineering firm Nishkian Dean has decided to move into a bigger space. Its new office is in a nearby building at 1022 S.W. Salmon St. All of its work and fax numbers will remain the same, said Ed Dean, vice president of Nishkian Dean.
Students pitch ambitious Pearl gateway design
A team of eight Portland State University graduate students pitched a proposal to replace existing small-scale properties with two tall, mixed-use buildings to serve as an iconic entrance to the Pearl.
