Killian Pacific preparing to develop ‘goat blocks’ in Southeast Portland
Killian Pacific has filed for a pre-application conference with the city of Portland for development of the "goat blocks" – a popular nickname for a 92,000-square-foot superblock bound by Southeast Belmont and Taylor streets, and 10th and 11th avenues.
Killian Pacific introduces development plans for burned out warehouse
Vancouver, Wash.-based Killian Pacific plans to construct a five-story, 60,000-square-foot office building on the site of the former Rexel/Taylor Electric Supply Co. warehouse at Southeast Third Avenue and Clay Street.
Vancouver library set to open, but without its neighbors
The Vancouver Community Library will open soon, but the buildings planned around it in an original master plan have been delayed indefinitely.
