Montgomery Park

Montgomery Park, at 2701 N.W. Vaughn St., is a sprawling office building in Portland's Northwest District. With about 800,000 square feet on nine stories, it is Portland's second largest building by volume, after the U.S. Bancorp Tower. The building is about 93 percent leased, but a half-floor and a few smaller office spaces are available.
