Lull in Powell Butte work won’t last long
There’s a lull in construction on Powell Butte, but things should pick up again soon. The Water Bureau’s largest construction project – for a few years, anyway – is the addition of a new 50 million-gallon reservoir in Powell Butte Nature Park. The next phase, which will be completed by Corona, Calif.-based contractor SSC Construction, will kick off later this month.
