Large multifamily project possible in Kerns neighborhood
ScanlanKemperBard Cos. recently applied to the city for early assistance with a five- to six-story building containing 180 to 220 units, at 518 N.E. 20th Ave.
Plan in place to revitalize The Round in Beaverton
Todd Gooding, president of real estate private equity firm ScanlanKemperBard in Portland, sees a lot of potential in a somewhat blighted property in downtown Beaverton. If all goes according to plan, SKB will acquire most of the buildings at The Round – a mix of office, retail and multifamily properties conceived by the city of Beaverton in the early 1990s.
Unico to manage most of SKB’s properties
Unico Properties of Seattle is taking over day-to-day property management responsibilities for more than 6 million square feet of space previously held by ScanlanKemperBard, one of Portland's largest real estate investment companies.
