A nine-story office building is poised to rise in the Pearl District now that an agreement has been reached for the sale of a 0.80-acre vacant lot from the PDC to Williams & Dame Development.
Development group stakes claim in South Waterfront
Mack Urban and Connell Real Estate and Development have purchased 1.67-acre Block 37 from an affiliate of Williams & Dame Development Inc. for $7.05 million. The group plans to build a six-story building with 281 apartment units and 50 parking stalls.
