Brief Description of Project: O鈥橞rien has been selected as the Contractor for the Nestucca High School CTE project in Cloverdale, Oregon. This project will have several bid packages with the first bid package consisting of the metal building package. The PEMB will be approximately 13,132 SF and have insulated wall/roof panels. The second story will be independent of the metal building package and the doors/windows will be by others. This will be a prevailing wage project-BOLI 1/2021 rates apply, Tillamook CO. There will be
an alternate1 for a standing seam metal roof with thermal insulation, BOD: simple saver insulation R-28 + R-8 LS.
