IQ Credit Union has hired Chris O鈥橫alley as vice president of retail delivery.

O鈥橫alley was previously the Los Angeles manager for Wachovia Bank, and was also vice president of sales at Altura Credit Union. He has 17 years of experience in financial planning, and will oversee planning for all retail credit union activity through branches and the member service center.
