Dina Alexander has returned to Ball Janik LLP as a partner in the law firm.

Alexander joined Ball Janik in 2002. Then, in 2008, she became vice president of development and general counsel for Williams & Dame Development. She aided the company with its development of the South Waterfront District.

Her principal area of practice is joint venture, structured finance, real estate workout and public/private partnership work. Alexander, a graduate of the University of Washington, holds a Juris Doctor from Willamette University and is licensed to practice in Oregon, Washington and California.
