Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt has hired Ryan C. Fox as an associate in the firm鈥檚 Portland office.

Fox joins the firm’s intellectual property practice group and will specialize in patent prosecution. He has experience in drafting software, business method and mechanical patent applications, as well as directed domestic and foreign prosecutions of patent applications, directed invention disclosure meetings and counseling on intellectual property portfolio resource allocation. He was previously an associate at Klarquist Sparkman LLP.

A member of the Oregon and California state bar associations, Fox holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California Los Angeles鈥� School of Law.
