The city of Salem鈥檚 Urban Development Department has hired Katherine Hill as its real property services manager. She will be responsible for managing leases, acquisitions and property sales for the city.

Hill has 16 years of commercial real estate and finance experience. She previously worked as a regional real estate manager at United Rentals, as a director of asset services at Cushman & Wakefield and as a real estate manager at PacifiCorp.
