Lane Powell has hired Matthew A. Wilson as a shareholder in its intellectual property and business law practice groups.

Wilson鈥檚 practice focuses on complex intellectual property matters, trademark, clean technology, corporate finance, technology transfers, mergers and acquisitions, and entertainment law. Before joining Lane Powell, he was an attorney with the Portland office of White & Lee LLP. He holds a Juris Doctor from Western State University鈥檚 College of Law.
