Garvey Schubert Barer has hired Emily R. Studebaker as of counsel in its Seattle office.

Studebaker鈥檚 practice focuses on health care, counseling physician groups and ambulatory surgery centers on regulatory compliance, business transactions and litigation of business disputes. She also advises clients on compliance with federal and state fraud and abuse laws and in preparing and implementing corporate compliance plans for federal sentencing guidelines and Office of the Inspector General guidelines.
