Four civil engineers and one structural engineer at BergerABAM have passed the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional exam.

Troy Kent has more than 20 years of experience, including land development, site grading, streets, water transmission and distribution systems, sanitary sewers and storm-water management facilities.

Brian Maxwell, a structural engineer, has 12 years of experience in seismic evaluations and retrofits.

Scott McMahon has been with BergerABAM since 1997. He is experienced in roadway design, transportation structure design and waterfront and marine structure design.

Javier Moncada has spent the past two years with the company. His focus is on site civil utility work and coastal and civil engineering, with an emphasis on sustainable design practices.

Howard Wells is experienced in the design of transportation structures, wastewater treatment facilities, buildings and retaining walls, as well as assessment and repair of damaged structures. He has 18 years of experience.
