Roath Thadh with Alpha Iron LLC grinds a ramp imbed for the Port of Portland‘s new headquarters at Portland International Airport. The Vancouver, Wash., company that does structural steel and nonferrous fabrication is working on the new structure that has 3,500 parking spaces on the lower seven stories and 205,000 square feet of office space on the top three floors. The project is being built by general contractor Hoffman Construction Co. from a design by ZGF Partnership. KPFF is the structural engineer, and Inici Group is the construction manager.
