Wilsonville veterinary clinic doubles space in upgrade

A two-phase tenant improvement project will eventually double the space for a Wilsonville veterinary clinic. The Animal Care Clinic at 29020 Town Center Loop E. will have more than 3,800 square feet of space for a reception area, clinic rooms, a surgery room and offices.

Uptown Tower renovated

An extensive renovation of the Uptown Tower is now under way at the corner of St. Clair Avenue and West Burnside Street. The eight-story, 72-unit affordable housing building will receive a new eco-roof, siding, windows, paint, entry canopies, exterior finishes and sidewalk upgrades.

Sutton Place receives upgrade

An upgrade is under way at Northwest Portland condominium complex Sutton Place, more than 90 years old. When the renovation of the west side wraps up in about six weeks, the building at the corner of Northwest Everett Street and 18th Avenue will have new windows, a repaired roof and fire escape and repaired water damage.

PDX deicing project for the Port of Portland

The Port of Portland deicing system enhancement project at the Portland International Airport is designed to protect water quality in the Columbia Slough. Anti-icing and deicing materials used on runways during cold weather will be captured and then piped to storage tanks and a treatment plant at the west end of the airport.

Renovations are taking place in the Grand Ballroom and lobby of the Hilton hotel in downtown Portland. The space in the basement of the hotel at 921 S.W. Sixth Ave. is getting new Sheetrock, lighting, paint and flooring.
