An upgrade is under way at Northwest Portland condominium complex Sutton Place, more than 90 years old. When the renovation of the west side wraps up in about six weeks, the building at the corner of Northwest Everett Street and 18th Avenue will have new windows, a repaired roof and fire escape and repaired water damage. General contractor J.R. Johnson Inc. is working with the condo owners association to complete the project.
