Ground Kontrol Classic Arcade in Portland’s Old Town/Chinatown District is getting an upgrade. The two-level space at 511 S.W. Couch St. is nearing the end of an extensive renovation. The arcade will have a new kitchen, a bar, a staircase, lighting and finishes. Lackey Construction is the general contractor and Jessica Helgerson Interior Design is the designer of the project.
