Ball Janik LLP has hired Justin Monahan as an associate in the firm鈥檚 commercial litigation and construction practice groups.

Monahan received his law degree from Wayne State University in Detroit in 2006. In 2009, he received a master鈥檚 degree in architecture from the University of Oregon.

Before joining Ball Janik, Monahan worked for another Portland law firm, where he focused his practice on representing homeowners and homeowner associations in construction defect and collapse cases.
