Fletcher Farr Ayotte has hired Raymond Cheng as an associate partner and Shellee Harkins as a senior marketing coordinator. Cheng has more than two decades of experience working on commercial, high-tech, industrial and mixed-use projects on projects in Oregon and in international markets, including a LEED platinum mixed-use project in Shanghai, China. Harkins, a University of Oregon graduate, has more than 10 years of experience in the AEC industry.
