Elizabeth E. Puskar has joined Markowitz, Herbold, Glade & Mehlhaf PC as an associate focusing on complex civil and business litigation. Prior to joining the Portland law firm, Puskar spent two years as a deputy district attorney with Multnomah County. A graduate of Harvard Law School, she also previously practiced international trade law as an associate with a law firm in Washington, D.C.
