Carmen Calzacorta has joined the board of directors of the nonprofit group SOLV. Calzacorta is a shareholder with Schwabe Williamson & Wyatt. She serves as practice group leader of the firm’s General Business Group and co-practice group leader of its Corporate Finance and Securities Group.

Another Schwabe shareholder, Walter Grebe, is resigning from his seat on the SOLV board. He served two terms, including a stint as the board’s chair of development in 2005.
