Gresham program plans to fill storefronts

Mayor Shane T. Bemis will announce a new storefront improvement program for Gresham during his State of the City address today at 3 p.m.
Set to be considered by Gresham City Council in the coming weeks, the Garage to Storefront Program would waive city-related fees for businesses that relocate to vacant storefronts of 4,000 square feet or less in downtown Gresham, Civic Neighborhood or Rockwood during 2010.
