HDR has named Muriel Gueissaz-Teufel as the wastewater business class lead in the firm’s Portland office. She has more than 11 years of industry experience, and recently completed a facilities plan for the city of Klamath Falls. She also provided engineering services during construction of a 1.7-megawatt cogeneration plant for the city of Portland.
