David R. “Skip” Brown III has joined the tenant services team of the Melvin Mark Cos. to oversee space planning related to tenant improvements in buildings owned and managed by the firm. Brown has more than 30 years of experience working on architecture and engineering projects. His area of expertise is in designing lobbies, office interiors and retail space.
