Otey joins Western Architectural

D. William Otey has joined the staff of Western Architectural. Otey has more than 30 years of experience in architecture, construction management, construction forensics and claims, and previously worked in Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area and in Florida. For Western Architectural he will provide architectural services related to building envelope consulting and design. He also will be part of the firm鈥檚 litigation support team.
