Skanska USA Building has promoted three employees to positions as project executives in the firm鈥檚 Beaverton office.

Justin Cook, who has been with Skanska for 13 years, is working on several projects for Legacy Health Systems as well as a build out at the Machine Works building in the Pearl District in Portland.

Jeff Fisher, who has been with Skanska since 1995, is finishing up work on Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, Calif., while also working on the launch of a new Target store in Oxnard, Calif.

Todd Predmore, a 12-year Skanska employee, is overseeing construction of a distribution center for United Stationers Supply. He previously worked on a $56 million FedEx Ground Distribution Center in Troutdale.
