This project consists of bike enhancements on Oregon Route 99 (Pacific Highway West) in Eugene. Construction includes a new bicycle ramp, restriping the bicycle lane, installing new signing, and additional and incidental work.

Construction items include temporary traffic control, erosion control, pollution control plan, removal of structures and obstructions, thermoplastic, wood sign posts, sign support fittings, wood post steel sleeve and fencing.

The project will start no later than 10 calendar days following issuance of the notice to proceed and will be completed in no more than 45 calendar days.
